We keep your product listings correct everywhere you sell.
You sell in more than one place. Your own site, Amazon, Google, retailer portals, distributor catalogs. Every one of them wants your product information written its own way. When it breaks, nothing tells you. The listing just quietly stops selling. We catch that and fix it. One flat monthly fee, one person who owns it.
The scan reads your public product pages and tells you what is missing. No contract, no access to anything, no call.

What we do every month
The same work, every month. The list is short on purpose. That's what makes it reliable, and it's why the fee is flat instead of hourly.
- 01Reformat your product dataEvery channel wants your details written its own way. Amazon has one set of rules, Google another, a retailer portal another again. We keep one clean master copy and generate every format from it.Ongoing
- 02Watch for breakageWhen a listing gets rejected or goes stale, nothing tells you. No email, no alert. Those products simply stop showing up. We watch every update and catch it the same day.24 / 7
- 03Fix what breaksWe don't send you a report about the problem. We fix the record, send it again, and confirm it went live.Same day
- 04Add new channelsTaking on a new marketplace, retailer or distributor? We map your catalog to their spec and get your products live there. As needed
- 05Send you a monthly reportWhat broke, what we fixed, how fast we fixed it, and how complete your listings are on each channel.Monthly
How it works
- 01
We look
We go through your catalog and every channel you sell on, then give you a written report. What's broken, roughly what it's costing you, and what we would fix first. It's yours to keep either way.

We clean it up

Extras
A new channel costs $1,500 to $3,000. A one time catalog cleanup costs $5,000 to $15,000. Product descriptions and supplier file cleanup are quoted. Never bundled in.
Setup and the first month are paid before we start, by bank transfer. Thirty days' notice to cancel, no annual contract. Extras are quoted and approved before any work begins, so nothing lands on your invoice as a surprise. Above 100,000 products or 8 channels we quote per engagement.
What we're building next
The more catalogs we run, the more we know what good looks like.
Once you've managed enough catalogs on the same channels you stop guessing. You learn which details actually help a product get found, which errors are worth chasing, and how much detail your competitors bother to fill in.
FeedFix Index turns that into a simple comparison. How your listings stack up against everyone else selling the same kind of thing, updated monthly. We're building it now, and monthly clients get it free when it launches.
Example only. This shows the intended output. The numbers aren't real.
Common questions
- What does FeedFix actually do?
- We manage product data for companies that sell the same products in more than one place. We reformat your product information to match what each sales channel requires, watch every channel for listings that break, fix them, and send you a monthly report. It is a service, not software.
- How much does it cost?
- An audit is $2,500 one time. Ongoing management is $3,500 a month plus $3,500 setup for up to 3 channels and 10,000 products, or $6,500 a month plus $5,000 setup for up to 8 channels and 100,000 products. Extras are quoted separately and approved before any work begins.
- How long until my listings are clean?
- The audit takes two weeks. Cleaning up an existing catalog and connecting every channel usually takes another two to four weeks. We commit to a clean catalog within 30 days of starting the work.
- Which sales channels do you support?
- Any channel that accepts a product feed or has a supplier portal. Common ones are Amazon, Google, Walmart, eBay, your own website, and retailer or distributor portals. If you sell somewhere unusual we map your catalog to their specification.
- Do I need to buy software as well?
- No. We work with whatever you already have, whether that is an ERP, a PIM, spreadsheets, or files your suppliers send you. There is nothing for you to install, license, or learn.
- How is this different from hiring someone?
- A full time person doing this work costs roughly $60,000 to $90,000 a year once you include benefits, and you carry the hiring risk and the cover when they leave. We cost less, start in weeks rather than months, and commit to a fix deadline in writing.
- Is there a way to try before paying anything?
- Yes. The free scan at feedfixed.com/scan reads your public product pages and checks them against what sales channels require. You get a list of what is missing, with the specific pages. It needs no contract, no system access and no call.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, with 30 days written notice at any time. There is no annual contract and no cancellation fee. We hand over your cleaned data in a usable format at no charge.
Start with an audit.
Two weeks. $2,500. You get a written report showing exactly what's broken across your channels and roughly what it's costing you. The report is yours to keep either way. If you hire us afterwards, the $2,500 comes off your setup fee.
You'll work with me directly, not an account manager or a ticket queue.
